Install Eclipse - Stanford Eclipse.
Eclipse, by itself, does not have Karel the Robot, built-in. It was added to the eclipse infrasturture by some good folks at Stanford University. Thank you Dr. Mehran Sahami, the CS106A Team at Stanford and the relevant Stanford Community.
