MUGEN: Timmy Turner vs. Spongebob (Minor Update)
I added a minor update to Timmy, I fixed a few glitches and balancing issues and added a better portrait. The download link is the same (sites.google.com/site/tbamugen/chars/original)
The actual real update is still coming, I will add a new special (Heat Vision) and two new supers (Hot Rod and Obtuse, Rubber Goose, Green Moose, Guava Juice.) If you have more ideas for special or supers please comment!
