Recommended Lv- 40+
Tactics:
Level is not important (although being 40+ is helpful), it is all about getting the equipments to offset the 0 damage you'll do and survivability.

Cool Boxbird Wing - Hello: So Shal Forest (Item Shuffle, Flag Down)

Materials Needed for Sylhet Spear (Vert's):
Iron Shell - Planeptune: Leggo Island (Scout 10k)
Water Crystal - Planeptune: Leggo Island (Scout 10k)
Pink Ribbon - Lastation: Rud Arms Sewer North (Cold Girl)
Spread out have 2 for healing and 2 for attack.. having "Final Fantasy" God Disc helps a lot since it allows you to build up the EXE Drive really fast.
Either way, you will be overleveled or overpowered if you can defeat this quest enemy.
