Features
The 315 workstation enables fast and accurate dry application of both digital print and applied vinyl graphics to any substrate, the silicone roller ensuring perfect application pressure and the highest possible quality.
Any member of staff familiar with graphics can be trained to operate the machine in matter of minutes , the 315 is designed to allow single user operation.
This a free standing workstation that will dramatically reduce application time, it is entirely practical to mount in excess of 160 square metres per hour.
The bed is fabricated from substantial engineered bbs steel sections fully welded to provide great strength, this stability ensures the required rigidity serving to maintain entirely accurate operation. The overall weigh of the machine is 800 kilograms (excluding the compressor) but is entirely portable with the workshop as the legs are fitted with both castors and feet, once located the feet require levelling before operation.
The work station has low level LED lighting set below the 3 metre x 1500 x 5 mm toughened glass bed , this provides a perfect clean flat working area that can have registration marks or guides applied for repeat works.
The bridge glides across the table requiring very little effort due to the balance engineered in via the combination of high quality linear bearings set in precision guides, the operation is smooth and effortless time and time.
The bridge locates the silicone roller, this is 1500 mm in width and and 130 mm in diameter , the roller is lowered into 'work' position by compressed air , switch operated, the compressor included with the machine is both compact and silent.
