How to Disable Antimalware service executable in Windows 10
In the latest build you can only temporarily disable Windows Defender. Here's how to permanently disable it:
Run gpedit.msc
Navigate to Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Windows Defender
Double click on "Turn off Windows Defender"
Select "Enabled" - Apply - OK
Close Group Policy Editor
