My elderly relative didn't even realize the ad wasn't handwritten in ink, but printed on a computer.
When he called to ask for help reinstalling the program, it wasn't Sergey or Mikhail who answered, of course, but the call center. The operator said they'd send someone quickly. They didn't say how much.
The next day, a pleasant young man named Denis (and, remember, Mikhail was in the ad) came and told my relative, "You have a pirated Microsoft, everything's not working properly, because you need to install a licensed version."
He completely reinstalled Windows and demanded over 500 rubles for his services.
