This video tutorial covers a simple horizontal bar exercise called the "Belly Dismount." It also covers a variation of this exercise called the "Belly 180 Dismount."
A more accurate and precise name for it is the "No Hands Dismount from a Front Support." However, it has one drawback: it's too long and rarely used in everyday life. It's much easier to simply say "Belly Dismount." In English, it's even easier to say "Belly Drop."
This "half somersault" is also often called the "Dexter Dismount" by common people. Apparently, most of these people first saw the exercise in Oleg Dexter's tutorial and named it after him. In Jimbarra, in particular, it's called by its Spanish name: Dexter Caida.
