This video is for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) Administrators to outline two potential options for retaining former employee data. For Google Drive, you can simply transfer data to another user. However, retaining email data is more difficult and requires either a) a migration or, b) export of the user's inbox. This video will walk you through the process of setting up the migration as well as prerequisites.
