Single Origins vs Blends- Are Blends a Thing of the Past?
The purpose of this video is to shed a light on blends vs. the hyperfixation on single origins. There are valid concerns about blends and their place in an industry that touts being farmer-centric, but I believe there are even more valid concerns on keeping blends an industry standard.
