Management Disaster, or Intellectual Disability
The two recent communication failures of the government (lies about the rocket in Wyryki and the inba surrounding the attempted ban on nighttime alcohol sales in Warsaw) should be treated as an opportunity for reflection far more important than partisan squabbles. Especially since the opposition's inability to manage the country is no better. The reason we can't get our country out of its current state has deep cultural and historical roots, and today's talk will focus on them.
