Ayahuasca & Chiric Sanango Master Plant Dieta in the Amazon Jungle
Vlog of my 10 Day Master Plant Dieta in the Amazon Jungle with Shipibo family. Dieted master plant Chiric Sanango and sat in 5 Ayahuasca ceremonies. During dieta there are no fragrances allowed so no deodorant, shampoo or body wash, only your body's natural odor. Fasted for two days and on the 3rd day I decided to eat a small meal. Food is very bland, no spices, sugars or oils.
I share with you moments of boredom, frustration, grief. No distractions, no nothing, just me. Dieting master plants is a huge commitment to yourself and definitely not for everyone. It is not all love and light and I will not pretend that it is. I was challenged daily, brought many shadows to the surface, faced many fears but in the end I am very proud of myself.
I was not looking for comfort or luxury. For me, it was important to have a true authentic experience, as well as support a center directly owned by a Shipibo family. This experience is one that is extremely sacred and close to my heart. I will forever honor all of the ancient wisdom and knowledge that was obtained here. So much love and respect for plant consciousness, for the family and for the Shipibo teachings of Maestra Olinda Cauper.
