RCA "RTU6549" LED Television has sound, but no picture repair.
On this 65" inch Rca model RTU6549 television we have sound but a completely black screen with no picture or video. But if we put a bright light or flashlight up to the screen we can see an image. That lets us know that we have a backlight problem. In this video we will focus mainly on the disassembly process to get to the actual backlights, testing the led strips, and testing the individual led's.
