Genius Lounge, which opened on Lewers Street in Waikiki, is not so much about the food, as it is the vibe. A mellow hangout, it's off the seen-and-be-seen circuit. And it's a serious bar, with some 50 sake selections. Genius offers three sets of sake samplers (sweet and light, medium, and drier and earthier).
