Paty has Rojo over for dinner. She has a a recording device hidden in a pen recording their conversations, but Rojo was ready. Paty's drink was drugged off camera, and she passes out with Rojo putting her on the bed. In the next episode Rojo changes his mind and does not kill her. This was right at the end of the episode (which this show did a few times), she's already awake in the next episode.
