Final Cut Pro X (FCPX) Title: Flexi-Arrow (or Text on a Path)
You can use this title effect with or without the arrow and use it to animate text along a path. You can use just the arrow without the text... whatever you need. Only wish FCPX allowed animating onscreen control positions; but there's plenty here to work around it.
