Today, let's talk about FirstSortedValue function in QlikView. This function can be used as both chart expression and script expression. However in this tutorial, I'm going to focus on using it as chart expression. I have divided this tutorial in two parts and this first part of two part series. In this part, I'll cover detailed explanation about FirstSortedValue function and then I have covered local expression processing of FirstSortedValue function. And this in the next part I have covered detailed examples on how to use FirstSortedValue function.
I have demonstrated step-by-step process on how to get this working. I personally enjoy the challenge to push the limits and I hope you have enjoyed it as well.
