Methana and Aegina | Cipiditas Sailing
Two interesting places on our way to Athens.
We initially anchored in Metaana, but the rough seas got on our nerves and we moved to the city pier. There's also a marina there. Eigina is a very beautiful island! We sailed there with a tailwind of up to 25 knots. We dropped anchor, but forgot to turn off the wind. We had to sit in the boat; we really didn't want to ride the dinghy in that wind. The next morning, however, we had a wonderful sail and continued on to Athens.
