[#88] New Aqara U200 Smart Lock – Easy Installation
The new retrofit U200 Matter over Thread lock from Aqara with Apple support installs in 10 minutes on virtually any door, offering everything you could want from a modern smart lock. For example, opening with:
– fingerprints,
– NFC,
– Apple Home Key,
– permanent and temporary codes,
– phone,
– traditional key.
The lock is connected to the Apple Home via Matter over Thread. This requires a HomePod Mini/2nd gen or an Apple TV with Ethernet (the one with Thread). IMPORTANT: You won't need the Aqara M3; I must have done something wrong in the video and couldn't connect directly.
