Start Position: Sit on the edge of a chair with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.

Butterfly Pose:
Bring the soles of your feet together, letting your knees fall out to the sides.
Hold your feet with your hands.
Gently press your knees towards the floor to feel a stretch in your inner thighs.

Hold: Stay in this position for 20-30 seconds, breathing deeply.

This pose helps stretch the inner thighs and groin, promoting flexibility and relaxation.
