I'm trying out Blender, the free 3D software, and I've set myself the challenge of recreating a photo in 3D within 24 hours. All this so a Blender professional can come and judge my creation and improve it. Cinema 4D is over, I'm going to force myself to learn the B-word, aka the free and open-source software. 👌 (I'll last 3 weeks) The textures, the lighting, the interface… Everything is different.
Honestly, I'm gutted, my first render is awful, I'm going to have to work hard to get back to C4D's level. Blender Guru, if you're reading this, you've created some nerds. And you, are you team Cinema4D or team Blender? This isn't a French Blender tutorial, hahaha.
