Pyraminx Full Tutorial
The Pyraminx is a relatively easy puzzle to solve. The list of steps below are virtually all steps needed to solve and follow along!
Pyraminx:
1. Solve the corners: This is more of an intuitive step. You’ll want to rotate the Upper side, Left side and right side till you have all the corner pieces matching. Tip. Start with just one side. Blue is my favorite color so I start with the Blue side.
2. Solve the tips: If you happened to rotate the tips, align them with the correct corner piece.
3. Solve the edges: Start with a side, I always start with blue. With the blue side facing down perform this algorithm once you have a piece.
*** If the piece on on the left side do this: Ui, Li, U, L
*** If the piece is on the right side do this: U, R, Ui, Ri
*** If the piece is already in the correct side on the right do this: Li, U, L
*** If the piece is already in the correct side on the left do this: R, Ui, Ri
4. Last two edges: With the two unsolved edges facing you perform this algorithm: L, Ri, Li, R, Ui, R, U, Ri
