Pls sign up on Blizzard forum and describe your problems. Blizzard acts ignorantly towards this problem, thinks I am an isolated case and the problem is not related to them.
Use a VPN as a temporary solution. I'm using ProtonVPN (6 day trial) and so far no issues with VPN.
