Long Review: I feel like Tempest might be better as a support tower, with its slow being amazing at later levels. It also isn't too costly, being around 20K to max which is nothing compared to Eradicator or Prophet. The damage isn't the best, but if you are doing a round with multiple people they should have enough DPS towers to make the run easy. If you watched the video, it seemed to also slow down the Big Dummy, which if it can do that for all the other final bosses then this can be AMAZING late game. It can make the faster enemies slow and the slower enemies even slower which makes it good for a lot of situations. The melee attack can be used for single target or tanky enemies, while the Lightning Field can be used for crowds. Overall, the slow is very effective late game but of course early game isn't good with this tower. I would put it in middle A tier.
