How To Reset Password and Login on WD Cloud Drive Without Losing Data
Forgot password or Login credentials to your WD My Cloud Drive? Do this to reset it WITHOUT data loss.
I moved to a new place, and had not a single record of credentials for the drive. After trying a few things, I found that I could unlock it by resetting the Login and Password credentials back to factory state by holding the reset button for 4-6 seconds. That's it! This method only resets the Login credentials, while keeps your data unharmed.
