Hello friends 👋

In this video, I am showing how to build a smart and easy RFID Based Attendance System using ESP8266, RFID Reader, and Google Sheets for real-time data logging.

This is a modern IoT based attendance system where RFID cards are scanned using the MFRC522 module and the attendance data is automatically sent to Google Sheets. The system instantly records the user’s name and updates the attendance status as Check In or Check Out in the spreadsheet.

A 16x2 LCD display with an I2C module is used to display user information and system messages, while a buzzer provides audio feedback when a card is scanned. The entire circuit is built on a breadboard, so beginners can easily build this project without soldering.

Unlike many other tutorials, this project uses a single code upload and includes a powerful Management Mode. Using simple Serial Monitor commands, you can write student information to RFID cards, read card data, delete cards, and manage the entire attendance system without modifying the code again.

This makes the project extremely useful for:

🎓 School Science Projects
🎓 College Engineering Projects
🎓 IoT Based Projects
🎓 Electronics & Embedded Systems Learning
🎓 Final Year Engineering Demonstrations
🎓 DIY Electronics Hobby Projects

The system is simple, smart, and reliable, making it perfect for students who want to learn about RFID technology, IoT systems, ESP8266 programming, and real-time data logging using Google Sheets.
