How to Import Leads from Excel (CSV) into Zoho CRM 2022

This video is a setup guide on how to import leads from Excel or CSV files into Zoho CRM.
If you want to upload your database, you could use the import tool. Click on this button import leads and upload your file.
You could also download sample data, this is additional information about limits. This is an example of what your input file could look like.
Do not forget to fill in mandatory information, for example, last name for leads or contacts.
Click Browse, upload your file. Click Next.
You could add as your records, you could update existing records only or you could do both. Click Next.
And now you need to map columns in your file with fields in Zoho CRM. If you have the same titles, they will be mapped automatically but you also need to check that if needed, you could assign a default value.
For example, if you would like to assign specifically the owner, you could do that here.
Click Next. You could trigger assignment rules, you could trigger automations.
If needed, you could assign a follow up task. And then if everything is done, click Finish. Then your input has been scheduled and you will receive a popup notification when it is finished. Now you know how to import Zoho CRM Leads from Excel or CSV files into Zoho CRM.
