I was finally able to get this done on the Mac but in all honesty, I would never do this as there are a bunch of moving parts. But for those who asked me how to do it, here you go.
Since the original video, the VB-Audio virtual cable is now available for the Mac and this handles the bulk of the work. You will also need some headphones so that you can hear other Zoom callers as all sound will be sent to OBS via the digital cable.
In my test, I live-streamed to Vimeo. Here is the link to that test with the exact same audio setup. I used music on caller 2 to simulate additional talking ► https://vimeo.com/445693363
