The strategic partnership relations between Russia and Turkmenistan are developing successfully, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Russian leader held a meeting in Ashgabat with the chairman of the upper house of the parliament of Turkmenistan, former President of the country Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
