Tutorial 39 - How to scroll an image containing text
It's easy to scroll text in VP or MSP, but not so easy to scroll an image that contains text and images. I'll show you how to do this using the Pan/Crop tool in Vegas Pro and Movie Studio Platinum, with the help of GIMP.
