Experimenting with different mic positions on a simple mobile phone recording set up, enhanced with Zoom AM7 mics
This position at the curve of the piano is extremely clear and full but balance wise, it sounds a tad thin in the treble, not fully capturing the shimmering bloom of the treble, which is the most unique feature of this piano.
More experimenting is needed.
