Cetina is the former royal capital of Montenegro
Cetinje (chernog. Cetije) is a city in Montenegro. The administrative center of the community is the capital of Cetinje.
According to the Constitution of Montenegro, Cetinje is one of the "capitals" of the country along with Podgorica: it houses the official residence of the President of the Republic and the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro. The city is a conglomerate of three disparate municipalities without a single governing body.
