Load cell testing and calibration process
This project was done few years ago for load cell calibration and testing. It uses RS232 and USB communication methods to communicate between the computer and the other hardware equipments including Multimeter, relay controller panel and the load cell. The process is fully automated and the load cell is graded upon the completion of the process based on the predefined specifications. The program was developed by using MS VB.Net and I used the MS SQL as the backend. The electronic part was done by Mr. Chenuka Asanka, Mr. Kavinda Senevirathne and Mr. Peshaka Thisera. The project was supervised by Mr.Ruwan Bandara, Mr. Asanka Manoj and Mr. Jagath Senasinghe.
