I - Go to the IN point
O - Go to the OUT point
HOME - Go to the beginning of the video
END - Go to the end of the video
PgUp - Move forward one frame
PgDn - Move back one frame
Shift + PgUp - Move forward 10 frames
Shift + PgDn - Move back 10 frames
Ctrl + + Zoom in on a clip
Ctrl + - Zoom out on a clip
