As far as raid bosses go, Swapdust is quite possibly the most boring one, but at least he's 10k xp, which is a full hour of progress so that's nice
As of a recent update, rewards 200,000 exp divided by your lv, if you're lv 6 that means 200k div 6, or 33k exp, and lv 20 would be 50k div 20, which is the base 10k
Oh and you need lv6 or higher to fight him
You can tell if he's spawned by there being dust piles in snowdin forest, his portal location is close to the portal between waterfall and snowdin
