ITZY "GOLD" M/V REACTION
Why did some parts of this remind me of 'Lifted' by CL?! Is that the reason why I'm surprisingly into this song, even though it is admittedly a lot? The strong hip-hop vibes here fit them so much and again, this hip-hop touch might be why I'm kind of into the song, actually. The verses felt complex to me, not that difficult to digest, but just complex. And while the verses felt a bit like an offraod experience, the chorus felt very safe almost. I can't say this is an instant hit or that I like it as much as their last comeback, but I don't dislike this one in the slightest! Another thing I'm really glad to see is that, in my opinion, they did a pretty good job at dividing the parts! It was great to see and hear Lia again; this felt like she was never gone tbh!
The MV is a bit much, the same way LOCO was but hey, Ryujin looked like she was having so much fun in here and that makes me so happy nsnsnsn Also Chae's hairrrrrrr!!! OMG! Stunning!
