AMD officially announced that they do not plan to add support for new Ryzen 4000 processors on old AM4 motherboards with B350, A320, B450 and X470 chipsets. Does this mean that there really will be no support and is there any hope?
We will figure this out today and I will say in advance that if you are going to buy a new PC on the AMD platform, then wait until the company introduces new Ryzen 4000 processors and then you can find out what motherboard manufacturers will do and whether you can expect BIOS from them with support for new AMD processors!
