Second video from our 3-week road trip in Vietnam, one of the last five communist countries in the world. While we didn't feel it in Sa Pa (or Sapa), Hanoi is a completely different story. This city steeped in history still bears the scars of the American War, as they call it (the Vietnam War for us).
