You can do this from Spain, through a professional, by uploading copies of the required documents through the ministry's online platform.
The second step will be a face-to-face appointment with the professional who has presented it to you online, to present the originals in person.
This is currently taking approximately one month and must always be done through a professional who has a digital certificate.
