This group began life as a Sencha/Ext JS focused group, but we decided that there's simply too much interesting stuff going on in web app development today to limit ourselves to a single technology. We'll still discuss Ext (and especially Sencha Touch) when relevant, but our newly-expanded focus is on keeping up with the latest trends in the overall web application space. Regardless of your specific background or current technical stack, anyone who wants to be a well-rounded developer and keep a finger on the pulse of modern development will love this group.

Yeoman is not only a great productivity tool but also a great learning tool. If you have been using Grunt but are wanting to learn Gulp then you can quickly scaffold a working application that uses Gulp which has been created by the community with an eye on the latest trends and best practices and see how it's put together and how it works.
In this example driven session, we will look at scaffolding application in the MEAN stack and then try a few other stacks out just to see how easy it is to get going with Yeoman.
