In this short Adron shows how to split timestamps based on year, month, and day using the date part function. Then the difference in how this is setup in Postgres SQL vs. Hasura Console. Then we take a look at the data being inserted. This is one scenario to provide preprocessed, grouping options around values like year, month, and day without needing to execute the function at reporting time. Great for denormalized tables!
