Note that the error you have received is not a Minecraft error but a Windows error.
There are several possible causes for this problem
Your username
your java installation
or certain foldernames in your harddrive
its also possible that the minecraft installation itself is corrupted so after trying everything else I would reinstall minecraft just to be sure.
