Replace Complex Background of Video in Adobe Premiere Pro through Masking and Keyframes
In this tutorial, I have removed complex background of a video to make it transparent and then replaced the background with another scenic video.
To replace video background, apply Alpha Adjust keying effect on the video clip, then apply mask over the intended portion of video.
After masking, select the checkboxes of Inverted and Invert Alpha in Effect Controls panel. It will make the whole background transparent.
Now move the clip to the upper layer. In the first layer, insert any image or a video clip which will serve as new background.
