Vlog: Oops, I broke myself. Brain says no!
Some predicted this, but I've overdone it and broken myself! It's been quite a year, and it has finally caught up with me. It's not too bad, but I have been struggling with my own mental health a lot this week. Here, I explain why and what I'm going to do about it.
