Let report users refresh a Power BI report when they want it without accessing workspace.
If your Power BI report users want to control when they are refreshing Power BI report but you don't want to give them the access to the Power BI workspace you can set up a Power Automate flow that triggers a Power BI semantic model (dataset) refresh when a certain keyword is texted in a Teams group chat by any users in this chat.
You need to have access to 3 components: Power BI workspace where the semantic model is located, Power Automate & Teams
