The development of every character matters and help you out of stuck moments. When you know your characters' motivations and their character arc, you can use that to your advantage, raising the stakes in your novel, increasing tension during slower chapters, and getting your story over the "middle of the book" syndrome and into the hands of adoring readers.
Hey writers, for examples of great character development in writing, check out these books with FANTASTIC heroes!
