Cooking a Young Amberjack
When I studies abroad, I saw that many people don't like the raw fish and sushi. I just questioned this situation because in my country, Japan, fish is expensive food and most of us like sushi. I would like to change the image of sushi for foreigners. Sushi is supposed to be loved by many people. This is why I choose a fish as my first video.
This is my first video and I think the quality is not the best one. Also my English is not as perfect as foreigners so if you guys have any ideas, please comment below.
