Possessive adjectives are also called possessive determiners.
"here" and "there" can be used to indicate a place or position.
They are adverbs of place.
1/ Let's look at "here"
She works here
Where is it? it is here.
2/ Let's look at "there"
There. He works there.
Where is it? It is there
Here
It is used to introduce something or someone nearby.
Here is... - Here's...
Here are
Here is my teacher.
Here's my classroom.
Here are my parents.
There
"here" and "there" are also used before the verb "to be" to indicate the fact or existence of something.
There is used to introduce something or someone faraway
There is... - There's...
There are
There is my teacher.
There's my classroom.
There are my parents.
Possessive adjectives - Possessive determiners
Possessive adjectives=Possessive determiners
They are used in place of articles to show ownership or relationships they are placed before the noun and refer to the owner
Singular
I - my
you - your
he - his
she - her
it - it's
Plural
we - our
you - your
they - their
Be careful with the spelling of "its"! to not be confused with a contracted
form of the verb to be: "it's (it is).
Singular

our your there
Notice how "their", "they're" and "there" are all three pronounced identically.
