This video is a quick run thru of resetting transmission adaptives after a transmission replacement. Using the launch Torque bidirectional scan tool.
This procedure should be done after any transmission repairs and brings the computer back to initial learn settings that will adapt again over time. I road test 5-10 miles afterwards, before advising the customer that full initial relearn can take several hundred miles.
