Knighthood Event - Wintertide’s Portal Battle Tip with Maverick-Eileen-Titania Combo
Don’t have a lot of heroes to play around with but have Eileen from one of the recent events earlier? You can try tackling the Wintertide event’s level 45 portal with her! Here’s a battle walkthrough using a Maverick build with Eileen and Titania. Other hero alternatives for this besides the event heroes would be Lukin and Ericson. Sharing some tips to tackle the portal with this combo:
Take note of the power bar for the event goblins since they flee after the bar is fully charged. This helps you to decide which enemy you want to take action on first as sometimes you might want to buy time to punch/hit to charge up your heroes’ base power.
Always take down the event goblins first. For this, I’ve used a goblin weapon to slice them through. If they are present in the back row, Eileen’s rage helps since it deals damage to all enemies. On top of that, her expose in her rage helps to speed up you process in taking down them down.
Keep your rage in check so that you are prepared anytime to used Eileen’s rage if there’s event goblins in the back row/all in same row OR before meeting the troll boss, Kramp.
If you’re starting to feel low in your armor in the round before the troll boss, take the opportunity to punch those non-event goblins to build rage for Titania and heal. Make sure you have sufficient armor left before meeting the troll boss, since we will focus to use rage for Eileen instead of Titania. This is important for this combo as we will be tanking Kramp’s freeze. If you don’t feel too comfortable tanking, Garron would be a good alternative for Titania to delay those freeze.
Try to have full rage and Eileen’s base ready before entering the boss round. Use Eileen’s rage first followed by her base on the troll boss since her base is strong against expose that is produced from her rage. Maverick gauntlet with Titania’s focus on her base power helps to build rage fast to continue spamming Eileen’s rage.
