Dispersion/"Thanos effect" done on the Photofox app, available on iOS.
Personally, I believe that this is the best free Photoshop alternative. It's easy to use and anyone can use it without any prior photo editing experience. You don't even really need to purchase the pro version of the app to get the same results as pro users. With pro, you get more layers, and more effects, but if you learn the app, you can use a different technique to get the same effect. The link is below!
